Prices are for 1 week from saturday to saturday with check-in time at 4.00pm
and check-out at 10.00am.
The house can accommodate until to 4 persons, arranged in the two double
bedrooms. Extra beds are not allowed.
During low and middle season and during the periods of festivities and extended
holidays, we accept stays and week-ends for a minimum of 3 days. (contact
us for estimates and prices)

* Extended Holidays and festivities are considered high season.
The price includes:
Consumptions of water, electricity and gas for the kitchen and hot water
production.
Linen for the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.
Hair drier, washing machine, flatiron and ironing board.
Barbecue and picnic tables at the outside.
Sat TV with the following channels: Pro 7, CNN, CNBC Europe, Eurosport,
BTV, VIVA Music, RTL, RTL2, SAT 1 DSF Sport, Super RTL, 3 Sat, NTV, ARD.
HI-FI set with Compact Disc Player.
Safe-deposit box.
Lawn chairs and beach umbrellas.
Final cleaning of the house.
At your arrival we will ask you for a bail bond of 300,00
Euros that will be given back at your departure.
The balance can be paid in cash during your stay.
Payment services:
Heatin, will be counted aside and has a price of 3 Euros per hour
(measured by an appropriate gas meter).
